Anyone who knows Winchedon knows that it isn't an "urban" type area. The demo 
which Radio One is trying to reach is virtually non-existent in somewhat 
rural north central Massachusetts. The closest cities which the Winchedon 
station reaches are Gardner and Fitchburg; IIRC, Winchedon is sort of stuck 
in the middle of the two? Or possibly west of Gardner.

I might see Radio One, if it really wanted to, buying some other signals to 
reduce interference and make it possible to move WBOT to a COL closer to 
Boston (say Milton, Quincy, or possibly even Randolph?).
