OK you're wrong!... well sorta!
The FCC Rules Sec. 73.1201 state that a legal ID must be the call letters
FOLLOWED by the city (or cities) of which is written on the license(s). The
Only exception to this is the ONLY thing permissible between the two is the
stations frequency or channel or both. There for.. "WTIC Hartford" and
"WTIC 1080 Hartford" is legal. "Hartford, WTIC" is not legal.
