You can't please everybody.  :)  I thought that was one of the worst 
jingle packages I ever heard.  WRKO had been so well known for 
cleaning up the clutter found on most 60's top 40 stations, so what 
were they doing with a jingle that ran something like 60 full 
seconds?  When they said, "And the hits just keep on coming," 
that was a mission statement!  When they said "you are the 
reason we do what we do, blah blah blah," for a whole minute, they 
sounded like they'd lost their way.  

Then the station with the interesting jingles was WVBF, "Electronic 
Mama."  I'd like to hear that package again sometime.
