I first heard Bradley CA 1953 in what I believe was his first radio gig--at
WROW in Albany NY. He did MOR there. (To paraphrase the late Bill Marlowe,
"was there anything else?") Even then, I thought Bradley was incredibly
talented. His production was impeccable. He'd talk up the intros to records
over the music and always hit the post dead on. You could also tell that he
was very bright, and he had a droll sense of humor that came through quite
clearly. Frankly, when he surfaced playing top 40 at WBZ about five years
later, I was quite surprised. I hated the music he was playing and I had
quite enjoyed his selections at WROW.
