Hiring a top notch liquidator like Salomon Smith Barney to
'explore' company's options usually means that the sale is
almost a done deal.

BU Communications folks must be kicking themselves right about now.
If they just waited another 4-5 months, they could've extracted
a lot more cash from the likes of CBS, Fox, Disney, Tribune which
are all looking for extra infomercial channels to plug their local/
network/cable/Internet/movie fares and willing to overpay....
