No one's getting excessively greedy..  WCAV-FM Brockton sold for TEN million. 
WCAV has average (average for Brockton) but not impressive billing.  Since 
the buyer is to change format, such a sale could be regarded as "stick value" 
too.   To me, the Nashua station is more valuable.
