As a general heads-up, look for a "HIGH" over the direction of the
enhancement (i.e., over ME for ME and over LI-SE'n NY-NJ-E'n PA for
southern enhancement); "fair weather" sea fog (storm related and--for
the most part--valley ground fog, just doesn't cut it); a moderate to
strong seabreeze (especially if "HIGH" driven); and TS/hurricane
activity around the Carolinas.
