Yes, but you have to get out and walk a hundred yards or so. It may
be hard to spot with full foliage.

According to my records:

WPRI-TV: 195 Homestead Ave., Rehoboth
WNAC-TV/WWBB: 33 Pine St., Rehoboth
WJAR/WSNE: 89 Pine St., Rehoboth
WLNE: off Main Rd. (Rt. 77) , near Seapowet Ave., Tiverton
WELH: Wheeler School athletic facility, Seekonk
WSKO: King Philip & Dexter Rds., E. Prov.
WPMZ/WHJY/etc.: Eastern Ave. (east section), E. Prov.
WRIB: Water St., E. Prov.
WRNI: 1110 Douglas Av. (Rt. 7), N. Prov.
WWLI, WPRO-FM/WSBE/WLNE-LP: Neutaconcanut Hill, Johnston
WRIW-LP: Peck Hill, Scituate
WPRO: 1502 Wampanoag Trl., E. Prov.
WHJJ: north of WPRO on Wampanoag Trl., E. Prov.

You can learn a lot of the history by looking up these locations in
Delorme Street Atlas USA. They show the old channel 16, WRNI in its
WHIM incarnation, WSKO as WEAN, WLNE as WTEV, and WWLI as WPJB.

My nightly database update has failed for the past three days.
Traceroute reports:

This suggests that the entire FCC network is off the air (no pun
intended).
