No, if he is on in 2001, *that* will make eight different decades.  The 
year 2000 is the LAST year of THIS decade/century/millennium.

He's incredible, though.  I moved to Connecticut with my family in 1968 
and now I'm glad I was sometimes forced to listen to WTIC instead of WPOP.
