Somewhere in all of this, the words of the owners of Jordan's Furniture
should be remembered.

We would rather pay the same money for ONE of Charles' listeners (WZLX)
than TEN of Stern's.

Someone raised a good point...........WRKO was doing quite nicely in the
mid 70's with a playlist that could go from Hotel California to Candy Man (
and gawd forbid Debbie Boone)

Those songs were top sellers for a reason.
