Check out an interesting article from the Casco Bay Weekly about WYAR, a one
man, noncommercial station in Yarmouth, Maine that the owner calls "The
American Musical Heritage."  Read the article at:

The article is by former, long time radio news veteran Al Diamon.  It talks
about how lower powered, community radio could play an important role, but
also correctly points out that creating stations for one guy to play what he
thinks is the best music may not be what we need.
