Another one currently being challenged is use of the word "Extreme" or "Extreme Radio"
for use as a positioner.  Infinity/CBS is claiming they own the rights to the term, and
they have recently informed other stations using the moniker to cease and desist.  It
will be interesting to see how this will pain out in the courts.
