I believe Bob Buckley was the announcer who so loved to give out the
phone number thus.

Phyllis Werlin responded to Mr. George's information about Mark Andrews
hosting Jukebox Saturday Night on WERS:  " I remember Jukebox Saturday
Night too and if that was only on until 1974 then I started listening
even earlier than I thought."

JSN passed through several hands during the '70s as students graduated
or otherwise moved on.  I think Eddie Gorodetsky was involved with it at
one point and by the 1979-80 school year the program was in the hands of
the aforementioned Bob Buckley.  Gorodetsky and Buckley may also have
been involved with Hi-Fi Party, another WERS weekend oldies show of the
same era.  Also briefly on the schedule:  Shindig '80 with Karen
Richards and (dealing with slightly older music) Moonlight Serenade with
Steve Shaw.
