It was WHUE-FM. The AM was 1150, which was sold in early 1985 and, by
March had become WMEX, with oldies programming. I always assumed that
WKKT was simply a transitional format and callsign, to keep the station
going until new ownership took over with a new format. The station had
previously been WTTK, sometime in the 70s. I assume they probably wanted
the WTTK calls again but couldn't get them.
