Did you ever hear a jock backsell a song, hit a jingle or two or *three*, then
intro a second song?? Sometimes the jocks talked after the vocal began. Sounds
sloppy, doesn't it?

I know of a station had jocks that did that every day.  And cumed six million
listeners, too (according to its PD).  Legendary 77 WABC in its heyday as a
music station.

You can still hear that type of radio on WCBS FM in NYC. Especially weekends
12-3PM when Dan Ingram is on.
