WCCC evening DJ in the mid-70s

Hello,

    My name is Daxe Rexford and I am trying to find out some/any info
concering the whereabouts and vitals of a radio personality employed at
WCCC-FM in Hartford in the mid 70s.  He went by the name of 'Boston Bill'.
His funny and entertaining program had numerous sketches and recurring
themes and took a great many call-ins.

    My best friend and I, in our mid-teens at the time, were faithful fans
and would love any information anyone might be able to recall about this man
and his career.  If it is any help at all, the morning man (and possibly
program director) during his tenure at WCCC was a fellow calling himself
'Rusty Potts'.
