Although you have to admit that the remaining ownership limits for TV
stations effectively restrict the expansion of TV-only operators.  The
only TV operators I can think of right now who might have future
problems are the ones that are principally radio operators.  If we
look at the major-market players, only CBS fits in that category -- at
least for now.  (Thankfully for NBC, Edgar Bronfman told Barry Diller
where to stick it...)
