New 1570 AM in Lowell

Although it apparently does not appear to have a CP, and is listed no where that I
can find it on the FCC database - a new AM station that claims to be fully licensed
will be premiering in Lowell on 1570AM in the next couple of weeks.  It is said to be
run by the guy who does the Sat nite Portugese show on WLLH and will be full time
Portugese programming.

Does anyone have any further info on this?
