No. Although most people think of Charlotte as south of us, which, of
course, it is, it is also several hundred miles west. It's west of New York
City, which is almost 200 miles west of Boston. At this time of year,
Charlotte sunset is probably not too much later than sunset here. (I noted
WNNW "signing off" at 8:45; local sunset here is at 8:15.) In the Winter,
operating till Charlotte sunset probably buys more. At that time of year,
the longer daylight (due to the more sourtherly lattitude) adds to the
effect of the more westerly longitude. As for Pittsfield and Providence,
they have no effect on WNNW's eligibility for a PSSA. The only station that
is involved is WBT. Since WPMZ is eligible for a PSSA, WNNW is too.
Moreover, since WNNW's pattern (as far as WBT and the FCC know) protects
WBT, WNNW should be eligible for fairly high PSS power--maybe even full
daytime power.

You can also not get a return call in any language.
