I am positive John H was still there even after Max died-- he hated Max, yet
he did this truly moving obituary on the air about how we would all miss
Max, what a great man he was, he walked among us, etc etc.  I almost lost my
lunch over it...

After Max died, his brother Dickie ran it for a while-- they had bought it
as partners (they both ran WPGC as well...).  It was Dick who sold the
station, as I recall...
