The worst legal ID that I remember was for the old WGAN-FM Portland (102.9).
In the late 80's, when they were CHR and called themselves FM-103, they did
their legal ID with each letter in only one channel. W would be in the
right, G in the left, A in the right and N in the left. It sounded pretty
cool wearing headphones, but otherwise was barely audible, though probably
legal.
