Harbor tower....

Out in Boston Harbor on Saturday, and a few friends asked what this thing 
was on the horizon that loops like a lollipop antenna of some kind.

I took this with a zoom lens because it was kinda far...I wish I had better 
resolution.

While you might not be able to figure it out from this specific pic, I 
wondered if anyone here has seen this before....in the harbor out towards 
Logan Airport.
