Here's my idea....

CC buys 92.1 Peterborough...
Runs the "Morning Buzz" (currently on 100.3 Portsmouth and 101.1
Manchester) 6-10A
Then simulcasts 1200 from 10:00AM onward, including Severan 3-6P...

What I'd do....
