    If it were me, I would want to own the site in order to have full control. That might be possible by buying a site from one of the smaller stations and giving that station a long-term sweetheart deal on use of the facilities. Without knowing any of the tech factors, WAMG (890), WROL, WQOM (1060 -- or is that too close?) WILD and WWDJ (1150) come to mind.
