Changes to LPFM rules

Nobody's mentioned it yet, but this week the Local Community Radio Act 
was signed into law, changing LPFM regulations so to allow stations to 
operate on third-adjacent frequencies (instead of fourth-).

Is this change likely to create any LPFM openings in our area?
