Commercially-licensed.  It's only 130 watts, but it has an engineering 
study saying it could upgrade to 6,000 watts, and perhaps 25,000 watts; the 
latter two which would cover Ellsworth & Bar Harbor/Acadia Park, Maine to 
different degrees.  A chance to do your own thing on the coast of Maine.  If
