The iPhone can definitely play internet radio. I do it all the time,
whether I am in a car or a bus.

The stream for the station referenced in the email seems to running on a
flash program. I tried to find in on the various programs that I have
on my iPhone and I could not find it. Many other streams are available
to play on the iPhone though.
