I'm not so sure about that.  Triple-X has been in the format for a 
long time, and last time I heard them I thought they were doing a 
very good job.  I think they'd be a tough competitor to knock off.
Also, CHR is not an easy format to sell...despite for the most part 
these days being an 18-34 female format, it still has a teen image, 
which is hard to pitch to advertisers.
