Wrong. The time during which they must be moved is far less than six hours, and in fact the time they are in motion is directly related to how much money is paid to respondents.

While the green light on the PPM is out (indicating no movement), no listening is recorded and no money paid to respondents. You cannot park the PPM in front of a radio for any significant length of time and expect it to record listening. It must be moved often.
Please spend some time with the facts before labeling something "absurd."
