What's up with HD Radio

That means a lot of people aren't going to be able to afford a radio if
the cheapest thing is going to go for 30 or 40 dollars.
Most of these five dollar portable and table radios have pretty decent FM
tuners - good enough for all the local signals. Most people listen to FM
anyway, so such a device suits them fine.
