As Dan mentioned, CINW and CINF are both two-tower DAs.  The old CBC
facility in Brossard had two towers, with 690 on one and 940 on both
IIRC.  When CKVL and CIQC won those frequencies, after the CBC moved
to FM, they rebuilt the CIQC transmitter site in Kahnawake rather than
using the CBC site, and the signals haven't been the same since.
