Certain channels and/or dayparts are voice tracked.  Some are live.

A friend of mine called the 60's channel a year ago for a request.  They've
used that drop of him for the last year.  I can't remember the song but if
you hear "Louis from Louisville" calling in a request, that's him - one year
later.

XM has a "ZOO" channel somewhere up in the comedy group (150's) right after
the penis joke channel (151) that'd he'd probably end up on.
