All it takes is one year to lose your license -- although if they
really intended to build a new site, they could keep the license alive
by running a minimal facility on STA (perhaps diplexed from the WOTW
stick downtown).  Anyone care to speculate as to what the maximum
power or service area available from that site would be, considering
that they would have to protect WARV?
