Not sure they could do that...103.3 was never WBZ to begin with & the FCC 
isn't issuing 3 letter calls.<<

In this particular case, they could.  Three-letter call signs with -FM, -TV or -LP suffixes are permitted under the current rules to conform to a current three-letter AM station call sign.
