Perhaps, if  WEEI still on day pattern at that time...
Acton is near enough to a day null that maybe 
other stations starting to come in with sunset could interfere enough?

But, day nulls are not terribly deep... would seem that WEEI signal
would still overpower others? stations starting to come in with sunset?
