What was the target demographic for this station and what sort of listener 
were they attracting?

I thought construction workers at shipyards made good money....

And sailors....well....

I guess they weren't the type of people to spend money on the "high-top 
sneaker of the week" and FUBU gear like the hiphop crowd is...
