Nope - 107.9 is not a valid LPFM allocation b/c of the huge minimum 
distance separations required:

Plus as a previous pirate outfit that refused to shut down after February 
of 2000, they weren't eligible for a license anyway.  Which marks them as 
stupid as there probably WAS one frequency available for LPFM somewhere 
near Brattleboro (just not near 107.9).
