By the way, I remember hearing an ad for Foxwoods
airing during the English-language Sox broadcast
on WEEI-- and the ad jingle was totally in Spanish.
I thought maybe someone screwed up and ran the
Spanish-language version of the ad, but then the
ad started to run again and again, en espanol.
Maybe the casino wanted to get people's attention--
"what the heck are they doing running the Spanish
version of the jingle?". And many of us are so
familiar with the jingle that even if we don't
speak a word of the language, we know it's
for Foxwoods.
