Do you have anything to substantiate your claim  that Howard Dean 
favors unlicensed broadcasting?  Or are you just starting a rumor in 
hopes that it catches on?

This is how many of the talk show hosts work an issue.  They distort 
or totally fabricate the position of someone on an issue, and then 
argue against that fabrication.
