-Business Briefs : Behind-the-scenes moves at
Business 1060/WBIX-AM 1060 this week. Boston's
business station has hired Mark Rosenthal as general
sales manager. Rosenthal comes to WBIX-AM from
WZLX 100.7FM, where he had been a senior
account executive since 1999.
"We're delighted to have Mark here. From working
with him in the past, I know he will be a great fit for
us as Boston's all-business and personal finance station.
Even in a lackluster economy, Mark has maintained an
effective presence and a successful sales record," said
Jerry Charm, WBIX-AM General Manager.
