Wednesday morning, heading home from work around 6:45AM I tuned into WCAP
980 Lowell. The two parties hosting the local show were in a tizzy over
"the Lowell Sun taking over operations of the UMass Lowell Radio".
Station.

I'm confused, and the WCAP chatter didn't clear anything up. Can anyone
straigthen me out.
