Here I am back in Eastern Massachusetts where it's muggy (followed by Tueggy, Weggy and Thurgy) after several days in the slightly cooler and less-humid hills of Western Mass and the Hudson River(NY) Valley. I really didn't have a chance to hear much radio, but there was one experiment I was eager to try: seeing if I could pick up WROL-AM 950 in Boston 100+ miles away.
