WECB had always been a 'Top 40' carrier-current AM station.  Back when Top
40 on AM was something students were working towards.  Now, Top 40...or
music of any kind doesn't seem to make sense, does it?

Also, try getting a student to tune into AM radio in the dorms.

The young people I know think of AM radio the way WE used to think about
Shortwave!

Nice novelty...but whats the point?

I can't think anyone is listening to WECB...Who would want to spend time
being ON it?
