needed: one blues radio host

Hope you don't mind if I use the list in a want-ad
mode, but...WMWM's "The Juke Joint" needs a new
host/blues director. Jack Henderson, whom I had turned
the show over to, has said he can no longer do it (no
time available). I do wish the show will continue
(it'll be on 15 years as of May) but I also wish to
"retire" myself.

At the present time, I hope to do only one or two
(at the most) shows per month and I am training
someone who might do one show a month. I need someone
who can do at least one, two, or possibly three
weeks a month--and he/she would also be a contact
for blues record labels. Hopefully living near
Salem would be a big plus.

I'd be willing to train anyone interested. If
you might be interested in taking over a long-
running blues radio show--and keeping it on the

The show airs Sundays, noon to 3 pm.
