Perhaps not...but let's not forget that North, and Poindexter to some 
degree, were certainly responsible but they were far from being the ONLY 
ones responsible in their respective scandals.  These guys were guaranteed 
immunity as reward for being a lightning rod to hide all the other folks 
who should've been before Congress as well.
