I'm not one of those people who runs around beating up trial lawyers, but
this quote from the Globe story illustrates the problem with our system:
"Wistow (plaintiff's attorney) said that while he still needs to nail down
the precise nature of Clear Channel's responsibility, he's all but certain
to name the company as well."   That's right, find the party with the big
pockets and then figure out a theory of liability.  The guy's honest, but
reprehensible.

The Roger Williams law professor quoted in the article agrees with the
conclusion we reached here.
