Funny, I thought I was a fairly moderate critic of WCRB. I listen to it most of the time in my
office. I've tried at times to listen to WHRB, but while they often play good music, they also
have a tendence to play an hour of Gregorian chants or some modern stuff that is
unlistenable. I don't object to WCRB's policy of playing popular classical music. It's popular
for a reason. What I object to is their habit of playing the same few pieces over and over.
The classical repetoire is large, and the pop stations' practice of playing the same 10
records over and over is not appropriate to a classical format.

I also wish WCRB could or would refrain from running certain ads that clash badly with the
classical format.
