Nope.

These days, WDEV-FM might make it, but in the good old days (read:
when I was growing up), WDEV didn't exist in Burlington and WVMT
didn't exist in Waterbury.  As I recall, WDEV had a CBS affiliation
(duplicated on Burlington graveyarder WJOY).

Technically, WDEV can't send much to the west at night because it has
to protect WGR, although I think it has priority over both CHLN and
WDDZ.  Ground conductivity at that tx location is truly awful.

(WDEV is something like Vermont's third-oldest station.)
