No questions.  No new information.  Well crafted statement.

Derdorian  said that neither he or his brother were ever asked for
permission for the use of pyro.  That does not address whether one of their
employees was asked or gave permission or knew what was going on.  No
mention of past use of pyro at the Station.  They only addressed the Great
White show.

Derdorian also said they "can not" answer any questions because of the on
going investigation.  That is not true.  Answering questions is certainly
risky and could damage their defense in a civil or legal trial, but that
does not mean they "can not" answer any questions.  It may not be in their
best interest to do so, but they are not prohibited from doing so.
