Just saw the press conference via Ch. 7. It was very
brief; due to legal reasons, Jeff Derderian couldn't
answer any questions. He was joined by his wife,
brother, and father.

Jeff was extremely grief-stricken and emotional during
the reading of the statement, as he said that despite
valiant efforts to save those inside, he will forever
be haunted by the fact that they couldn't
save everyone. (Certainly Station employees and
"regular" club patrons are among the dead and/or
injured.)

Jeff said he was shocked to see the band using
pyrotechnics. As before, he said he was not asked
to approve their use of the firework devices and did
not grant any permission.

Supposedly a video has been found of another band
which performed at the Station-- one that also
used pyrotechnics. I think they will air that video 
minutes from now.
